Itinerary
Day 1 | Arrival in Beijing
Upon arrival in Beijing, China's capital city, your tour guide will meet you at the airport or railway station and transfer you to your hotel for check-in and rest.
The remainder of the day is free for you to relax or explore Beijing at your own pace.

Day 2 | Tiananmen Square – Forbidden City – Jingshan Park – Hutong Rickshaw Tour (B, L)
After breakfast, begin your Beijing sightseeing with a visit to Tiananmen Square, one of the world's largest public squares and an iconic symbol of modern China.
Continue to the magnificent Forbidden City, the former imperial palace of China's Ming and Qing dynasties. Explore its grand courtyards, magnificent halls and fascinating imperial treasures, including the Treasure Gallery and Nine-Dragon Wall.
If Forbidden City tickets are unavailable, the visit will be replaced by Prince Gong Mansion.
After lunch, visit Jingshan Park and climb to the viewpoint overlooking the spectacular rooftops and courtyards of the Forbidden City.
In the afternoon, experience old Beijing by taking a traditional rickshaw ride through the historic hutong alleys. Discover traditional courtyard homes, narrow lanes and the everyday lifestyle of local residents.
In the evening, enjoy free time to explore the lively Shichahai area at your own pace, with its lakeside scenery, cafés, bars and historic streets.

Day 3 | Mutianyu Great Wall – Olympic Landmarks – Chinese Acrobatic Show (B, L, D)
After breakfast, travel to the spectacular Mutianyu Great Wall, one of the most scenic and best-preserved sections of the Great Wall near Beijing.
Enjoy a round-trip cable car, or choose the more adventurous option of taking the chairlift up and toboggan ride down.
Take time to walk along the ancient wall and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
After lunch, return to Beijing and stop for an exterior view of the iconic Bird's Nest and Water Cube, built for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
In the evening, enjoy an exciting Chinese Acrobatic Show, featuring spectacular balancing, tumbling and traditional Chinese performance arts.

Day 4 | Temple of Heaven – Tai Chi – Summer Palace – Wangfujing (B, L)
Start the day early with a visit to the magnificent Temple of Heaven, one of Beijing's most important imperial landmarks.
Join local residents for a relaxing Tai Chi experience and discover the traditional culture and daily life surrounding this historic site.
Continue to the Summer Palace, China's famous imperial summer retreat, known for its beautiful gardens, Kunming Lake and traditional architecture.
Enjoy a relaxing Dragon Boat cruise on Kunming Lake, weather and seasonal operating conditions permitting.
In the late afternoon, head to Wangfujing Street, one of Beijing's best-known commercial and pedestrian streets, for free time to explore the shops, local snacks and lively city atmosphere.

Day 5 | Departure from Beijing (B)
After breakfast, enjoy some free time until your departure.
