Itinerary

Day 1 | Arrival in Beijing

Arrive in Beijing and meet your guide at the airport or railway station. Transfer to your hotel for check-in and rest.

Overnight: Beijing

Day 2 | Temple of Heaven – Gubei Water Town

Visit the Temple of Heaven and join a morning Tai Chi experience with local residents. Continue to Gubei Water Town and enjoy lunch in the ancient water town.

In the afternoon, explore the scenic town and enjoy optional intangible cultural heritage experiences. In the evening, admire the illuminated Gubei Water Town and Simatai Great Wall, with seasonal evening performances such as drone/light shows or Iron Flower Show, subject to the attraction's schedule.

Day 3 | Simatai Great Wall – Hutong Trishaw Tour

Wake up early for a Simatai Great Wall sunrise and hiking experience. Return to Beijing and enjoy a traditional Hutong Trishaw Tour.

Have lunch at a local hutong family home, followed by free time to explore or relax at a traditional hutong café.

Day 4 | Tiananmen Square – Forbidden City – Jingshan Park

Visit Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, including the Treasure Gallery and Nine-Dragon Wall. Then visit Jingshan Park for a panoramic view of the Forbidden City.

Day 5 | Mutianyu Great Wall – Olympic Landmarks

Visit Mutianyu Great Wall and enjoy a scenic walk along the ancient wall. Choose a round-trip cable car or chairlift up and toboggan ride down.

In the afternoon, view the exterior of the Bird’s Nest and Water Cube. Enjoy a coffee break with a view of the Great Wall, depending on the selected experience.

Day 6 | Departure

After breakfast, enjoy free time until your private driver transfers you to the airport or high-speed railway station for your onward journey.
