Itinerary

Day 1 | Arrival in Beijing(/)

Welcome to Beijing, the capital of China. Upon arrival, your English-speaking driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel.  The remainder of the day is free at leisure.

Day 2 | Imperial Beijing & Traditional Hutongs(B,L)

Begin your exploration at Tiananmen Square before entering the magnificent Forbidden City(including the Treasure Gallery and Nine-Dragon Wall), the former imperial palace of the Ming and Qing Dynasties.

Continue to Jingshan Park for a panoramic view over the Forbidden City. In the afternoon, enjoy a traditional rickshaw ride through Beijing's Hutongs，visit a Local Family in Old Beijing Hutongs with Hands-on Experience: Chinese Paper-cutting and explore the lively Shichahai area at your own pace.

Day 3 | Mutianyu Great Wall(B,L)

Visit the spectacular Mutianyu section of the Great Wall. Ride the cable car or chairlift to the top and descend by exciting toboggan ride.

Later, stop for photos outside the iconic Bird's Nest Stadium and Water Cube.

Optional evening activities at your own expense include an acrobatic show and Peking Duck dinner.

Day 4 | Beijing to Xi'an by High-Speed Train(B,L)

Visit the Temple of Heaven and experience morning Tai Chi with local residents.

Continue to the Summer Palace and enjoy a relaxing boat ride on Kunming Lake (seasonal).

· In the afternoon, board a high-speed train to Xi'an(Supply fruits, light snacks, mineral water on board the train）. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Evening at leisure to self explore the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and the Great Tang All Day Mall-Optional Hanfu photography experience.

Day 5 | Terracotta Warriors & Local Experiences(B,L)

After visiting the Terracotta Army Museum (wireless tour receiver included), we head to the replica craft factory for mini clay warrior sculpting. After that proceed to a traditional cave dwelling and learn to make Chinese dumplings with a local family , and participate in a miniature Terracotta Warrior crafting workshop.

 In the afternoon visit the Ancient City Wall, Later wander through the bustling Muslim Quarter.

Day 6 | Xi'an/Guilin-Longshen(B,L)

Take a flight to Guilin. Upon arrival at the airport, your dedicated driver and guide will pick you up, followed by a coach ride to Longsheng Longji Terraces.Golden Sunset over the Rice Terraces (weather permitting)

Day 7 | Longji Rice Terraces & Yao Minority Village(B,L)

Morning Mist over the Rice Terraces, explore the layered Longsheng rice terraces（Apr–Jun: Mirror-like Water Terraces ，Jul–Aug: Emerald Green Rice Terraces，Sep–Oct: Golden Harvest Terraces，Nov–Mar: Sea of Clouds & Snowy Landscapes (weather permitting)）, pay a visit to a local Yao household and join a hands-on bamboo rice cooking workshop, then take a leisurely walk through the farm fields. Afterwards transfer back to Guilin to visit Elephant Trunk Hill and enjoy a distant panoramic view of the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic zone.

Day 8 | Li River Cruise & Xingping Ancient Town(B,L)

Board a deluxe 4-star cruise and sail along the world-famous Li River.

Admire Nine Horses Fresco Hill, Yellow Cloth Shoal and the scenery featured on China's 20 RMB banknote.

Choose one activity between drifting on a bamboo raft along the Yulong River or taking a ferry at Xingping Ancient Town, plus a traditional fisherman fishing performance. Later stroll along West Street, where you may stop by cafés, bars etc at your leisure.

Day 9 | Guilin to Shanghai(B,L)

In the morning visit the magical Reed Flute Cave.

After lunch, transfer to the airport and fly to Shanghai, China's most cosmopolitan city.

Day 10 | Discover Modern Shanghai(B,L)

Explore Shanghai's former French Concession with a bicycle ride along Wukang Road.

Experience cutting-edge technology, including humanoid robots, robot-made coffee and electric vehicle innovations.

Ascend to the 118th floor of Shanghai Tower for panoramic views over the city. Then proceed to Silk Culture & Exhibition Center to gain an insight into the full manufacturing journey from silkworm breeding to finished silk goods.

End the day with an in-depth visit to the Bund and admire the dazzling Huangpu River skyline.
