Shanghai–Nanjing Day Tour by High-Speed Train

Itinerary:
Morning: Take a second-class high-speed train from Shanghai to Nanjing. Upon arrival, meet your local guide and driver and begin your Nanjing exploration.

Visit Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum（Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and will be replaced by Meiling Palace）, a landmark surrounded by lush hills and grand architecture. Continue to the Museum of the Six Dynasties, where you can discover the history and cultural heritage of Nanjing during one of China’s most fascinating historical periods.

Afternoon: Visit Niushoushan Cultural Tourism Zone, famous for its beautiful Buddhist architecture, scenic landscapes and the impressive Foding Palace built into the mountain.

In the late afternoon, take the high-speed train back to Shanghai.
